Kappa and Kachhapa (formerly Bubba and Ninny) are now looking for their forever family and tank!

These guys came to us 2 weeks ago after being at the city shelter for several weeks and no other rescue stepped up for them until we did, just in time for a Christmas freedom ride.

They’re still small, measuring about 4 inches, so our best guess is they’re around 1 year old. They are both male red-eared sliders. They love to eat turtle sticks, freeze dried shrimp, veggies, and minnows after they first have fun chasing them around. They’re not made for pond living since they’ve only been kept indoors from what we understand.
